Charging Instructions:

1. Turn the LED headlamp to the OFF position
2. Connect the supplied Nite Lite Charger to the battery and then plug into the wall.
3. Your Nite Lite Charger has a LED status light which will indicate to you the status of the charge cycle. A red light indicates  the battery is charging and a green light indicates the charge is complete. Important note, for the initial charge on a  new light it is common for the charger LED indicator light to stay on red. Before you use your light, charge the battery for 16-18 hours and then disconnect the charger, regardless of the charger LED indicator light. After this initial cycle, the indicator LED on the charger will begin to function normally and give you a green indication when the battery charge is completed
4. Be sure to unplug your charger from your light and the wall outlet when the battery is not being charged. This will eliminate the possibility of the plugs coming contact with each other and shorting out your charger.
